By accessing and/or continuing to use the Travel Security Solution (the "solution") provided by Traxess AG in Switzerland ("TRAXESS", "we", "us" or "our") you acknowledge your consent to the following processing of your personal data.
1. What information do we use and why?
In the solution we collect and use personal data relating to name of your employer, your own name, email, telephone number, country of residence, language and sex, as well as information about the usage of the solution including travel bookings and GPS data linked with your profile.
The data is being collected and used to maintain your profile and provide you with the services featured in the solution.
We also collect information for statistical purposes and to improve the feature of the solution and related services and products.
2. Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw the consent. If you choose to do so this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by

uninstalling the mobile app,
